MA 13 Piston Seal
 

The MA 13 is a single function piston seal and is particularly well-suited for cylinders with one-sided pistons. Its effective sealing function results from its compact design. It is provided with radial self energising which is activated by the hydraulic system pressure.Due to the high proportion of fabric in the seal profile, this seal displays much less frictional behaviour than the classic elastomer seal. In addition, the fabric back provides very effective protection against fission extrusion. The elastomer serves as an energising element in the seal head and produces constant contact pressure of the sealing lips on the adjacent surface. For this reason, the sealing function is fully retained even at low and zero pressure.

MA 14 Piston Seal
 

The MA 14 is a single function piston seal and is particularly well-suited for cylinders with one-sided pistons. Its effective sealing function results from its compact design. It is provided with radial self energising which is activated by the hydraulic system pressure. Due to the high proportion of fabric in the seal profile, this seal displays much less frictional behaviour than the classic elastomer seal. In addition, the fabric back with the integrated support ring made of synthetic material provides very effective protection against fission extrusion, even at high pressure loads.

The elastomer serves as an energising element in the seal head and produces constant contact pressure of the sealing lips on the adjacent surface. For this reason, the sealing function is fully retained even at low and zero pressure.

MA 15 Piston / Rod Seal
 

The MA 15 is a single function piston and piston rod seal in the form of a U-ring. Its sealing function is very effective due to the sealing lips being provided with radial self energising which is activated by the system pressure. Due to the symmetrical sealing lips and the proportion of fabric in the seal profile, this U-ring displays much less frictional behaviour than the classic elastomer seal. The fabric back stabilises the profile and in addition, provides very effective protection against fission extrusion.

MA 17 Piston Seal
 

The MA 17 is a single function piston seal in the form of a U-ring. Its sealing function is very effective due to the sealing lips being provided with radial self energising which is activated by the system pressure. Due to the symmetrical sealing lips and the proportion of fabric in the seal profile, this U-ring displays much less frictional behaviour than the classic elastomer seal. The fabric back stabilises the profile and the semi-active support ring protects against fission extrusion even at high loads.

MA 24 Piston / Rod Seal
 

The MA 24 is a single function piston rod seal in the form of a U-ring. Due to its asymmetrical sealing lips with a slightly indented outer lip edge, the pressure is guided outwards to strengthen its sealing function at low pressure.
